Prelaunch service
This site introduces Egan Sports. Sign-in, paid memberships, and bookings are enabled only after the required services are configured.
Coverage requests
Submitting a request does not confirm availability or reserve a videographer. Dates, venue permission, connectivity, scope, and final price must be confirmed before a booking is accepted. Highlight reels are quoted separately unless included in your package.
Memberships
Memberships renew monthly at the price displayed at checkout until canceled. Cancel through your billing portal before renewal. Access covers published games within your selected sports; we cannot guarantee coverage of every game or team. The free sample does not start a paid subscription.
Watching and sharing
Members may watch for personal use. Do not redistribute paid footage or share account credentials publicly. Live coverage depends on on-site connectivity and event conditions.
Cancellations and service issues
Contact support for billing issues, event changes, or refund requests. Coverage cancellation terms will be agreed with your final quote before payment. Automated support cannot override confirmed terms.
