Information you share
When activated, Egan Sports stores your account identifier, coverage requests, contact details, selected sports, and subscription status. Clerk provides authentication; Stripe handles payments. We do not store payment card details.
Game footage
Published streams and recordings are shared with eligible members. A separately designated sample may be public. Teams and organizers must confirm filming and venue permission before coverage. Avoid including sensitive player information in request notes.
Customer support
Bookings and support requests may be routed to Egan Sports’ Solo agents once configured. Relevant request details are shared to help handle the request. Automated replies do not independently confirm bookings or grant paid access.
Access and removal
Contact us through the support page to request access, correction, deletion, or review of footage. We review requests before action and retain information needed to fulfill requests and maintain billing records. Detailed retention periods will be published before accepting subscriptions.
